If you buy groceries, eat out, or purchase daily use items, you too can help support the hospitals by using a Wake County Shrine Club Gift Cards. 100% of what you spend for cards you can spend!
Participating merchants donate a small percentage of Gift Card Purchases which in turn goes toward supporting Shriners Hospitals!

Cards are simple to order and easy to use just a few easy steps:

2. Print the Gift Card order form
3. Print your name and address in the space provided
4. Check the boxes to indicate the number and value of cards you want to order
5. Enclose your check and mail the form
When your card or cards arrive use them just like a bank debit card or any other gift card.
